Burglary Not Guilty State vs. R.M.

Client was charged with Burglary Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury. He was facing up to 40 years in prison. The jury only deliberated for two hours delivering a not guilty verdict. My client had been in jail awaiting trial for six months and was able to go home to his children on the day of our victory.
